Clause 3.1.1. AURIUM guarantees that all its jewelry complies with the karatage offered and engraved from the factory, with this information being truthful and verifiable. 

Clause 3.1.2. The customer is invited to inspect their jewelry at the time and place of delivery, without this limiting their minimum warranty right to claim manufacturing defects or non-compliance with what was offered. 

Clause 3.1.3. Laser spectrometry analysis can be optional to confirm the karatage of your jewelry. This service has an additional cost and does not condition the warranty or AURIUM's obligation. 

Clause 3.1.4. The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and does not apply when the jewelry has been modified, pierced, pawned, repaired by third parties, or damaged by improper use, exposure to chemicals, impacts, accidents, natural wear, and others. 

Clause 3.1.5. The loss of stones, failure of clasps, rubber wear, or damage to watch mechanisms is not covered in case of misuse or wear and tear. However, the warranty does apply if it originates from manufacturing defects. 

Clause 3.1.6. Adjustments, repairs, or maintenance requested after the purchase will incur additional costs, unless they are due to manufacturing defects. 

Clause 3.1.7. Responsibility is maintained until delivery at the requested location when the shipment of the jewelry is managed by Aurium and purchased through our official online sales channels, which are listed below:
