Clause 6.1. Applies to purchases made in physical stores and online.

Clause 6.2. The repair service has an additional cost.

Clause 6.3. If you request repair service, the customer must contact their sales advisor between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, using the following contact numbers:

• Sales 1: 733 118 6866
• Sales 2: 733 136 8670

Note: Repair service is not available on weekends and Mexican holidays.

Clause 6.4. An AURIUM advisor will request photographic evidence of the damage to the jewelry.

Clause 6.5. If it is possible for you to take the jewelry directly to the physical branch where you made your purchase, you should go to your sales advisor.

Clause 6.6. If it is not possible for you to visit a physical branch, a shipping label will be generated at an extra cost.

Clause 6.7. Once the jewelry is received, it will be carefully evaluated by an AURIUM goldsmith, who will determine if repair is possible.

Clause 6.8. The time and cost of repairing the jewelry will depend on the evaluation made by the AURIUM goldsmith.
