CHAPTER 1. METAL AND JEWELRY WARRANTY
1.1. AURIUM guarantees that all its jewelry complies with the karatage offered and factory-engraved, with this information being truthful and verifiable in accordance with Article 32 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC).
1.2. The customer may inspect their jewelry upon receipt, without limiting their right to the minimum warranty to claim manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the offer.
1.3. The minimum warranty for AURIUM jewelry is sixty (60) calendar days from the date of purchase or receipt of the product.
1.4. Laser spectrometry analysis may be requested optionally with an additional cost. This service does not condition the warranty or AURIUM's obligation.
1.5. The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and does not apply when the jewelry has been modified, tested, pawned, repaired by third parties, or damaged by improper use, exposure to chemicals, impacts, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
1.6. The loss of stones, faulty clasps, rubber wear, or watch mechanism failure is not covered in case of misuse or wear and tear. However, the warranty does apply if the damage is due to manufacturing defects.
1.7. Adjustments, repairs, or maintenance requested after purchase will incur an additional cost, unless they are due to manufacturing defects.
1.8. AURIUM is not responsible for damages suffered by the jewelry after in-store delivery.
1.9. AURIUM maintains responsibility until delivery to the domicile when the jewelry shipment is managed directly by the company and purchased through its official online sales channels.
1.10. The Certificate of Authenticity delivered with each piece is an integral part of this warranty and certifies compliance with the karatage and characteristics offered.
CHAPTER 2. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
Section 2.1. Physical Store
2.1.1. For purchases made in a physical store, AURIUM offers up to thirty (30) calendar days after purchase for voluntary exchanges.
2.1.2. If the reason is a manufacturing defect, product error, or non-compliance with the offer, AURIUM will cover the shipping cost.
2.1.3. For voluntary exchanges or returns due to preference, the piece must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use. It must include the original case, tags, certificate, and proof of purchase.
2.1.4. All jewelry undergoing a return or refund process will be technically evaluated. If it does not meet the requirements, it will be returned to the customer along with a technical report justifying the refusal.
2.1.5. Jewelry from special orders or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned, except for manufacturing defects.
2.1.6. Jewelry modified or altered from the original design at the customer's request cannot be exchanged or returned.
2.1.7. Jewelry purchased during special promotions are not eligible for exchanges or returns due to preference. However, they retain their legal warranty for manufacturing defects (e.g., Buen Fin, Hot Sale, liquidations, Golden Days).
2.1.8. Stud earrings, piercings, and other body accessories are not eligible for exchanges or returns for hygiene or safety reasons.
