TERMS AND CONDITIONS (NATIONAL SHIPMENTS)
*The parcel service is carried out by a third party, external to AURIUM.
4.1.1 Shipping Information
Clause 4.1.1.1. AURIUM undertakes not to misuse the information provided in this form. It will only be used for service purposes.

- Zip code
- Neighborhood
- City or Delegation
- Locality
- State
- RFC or CURP
- Physical reference of the address
Clause 4.1.1.3. At AURIUM, shipments are made from Monday to Thursday and are scheduled for collection at three in the afternoon. We suggest you settle the corresponding payments for your quote before two in the afternoon so that your shipment is collected on the same day; otherwise, it will leave on the next business day.
Clause 4.1.1. 4. AURIUM will not request private banking information.
Clause 4.1.1.5. It is important to fill in the required fields in this form. Verify that the information is correct and complete.
Clause 4.1.1.6. If requesting shipment to a "ocurre" (held for pickup) office, the client must provide its details.
Clause 4.1.1.7. Once your shipping label has been generated and there is an error in the shipping data and the package has not yet been sent, a new label will have to be generated with the correct data. The generation of a new label will have an extra cost of $200.00 MXN (prices may vary without prior notice).
Clause 4.1.1.8. In case the error in the information was due to AURIUM personnel, we assume the responsibility of generating a new label without extra cost.
4.1.2. During the Transit of your package
Clause 4.1.2.1. Once the shipping label has been provided, it is the client's obligation to track it, so that if there is any anomaly during its transit, they let us know immediately to request information from the parcel service.
Clause 4.1.2.2. Address changes cannot be made once the package has been shipped. AURIUM is not responsible for undelivered orders due to changes in delivery address at the client's request, and the insurance guarantee from the parcel service will be automatically lost.
4.1.3. Reception of your package
Clause 4.1.3.1. It is important that there is a responsible person at the delivery address to receive the package and verify that it arrives in good condition.
Clause 4.1.3.2. We suggest you monitor your phone and email in case the delivery personnel contact you to request information about your address. If you do not answer calls from the parcel service, AURIUM is not responsible for any loss or misplacement.
Clause 4.1.3.3. If you requested delivery to a "ocurre" (held for pickup) office, you have 48 hours to pick up the package. After that time, AURIUM is not responsible and the insurance guarantee from the parcel service is automatically lost.
Clause 4.1.3.4. Once you have received the package, we ask you to take a video and photographs from the moment of its delivery, as well as its opening. If your package arrives in good condition, it is not necessary to send the evidence.
Clause 4.1.3.5. In case the package has been delivered to an address different from the one on the shipping label at the client's request, AURIUM is not responsible and the insurance guarantee from the parcel service is automatically lost.
Clause 4.1.3.6. If the package was received by a third party and the condition it arrived in was not noticed, AURIUM is not responsible; no type of request will be applied if required, and the insurance guarantee from the parcel service is automatically lost.
4.1.4. Damaged or tampered package
Clause 4.1.4.1. In case of any anomaly, AURIUM will request a video and clear photographs, in which you must show the evidence, as well as the opening of the package showing its content.
Clause 4.1.4.2. If the package arrives damaged or tampered with and the content is present, it is not necessary to send the evidence.
Clause 4.1.4.3. If the package is damaged or tampered with and the content is not present, it is necessary to send the evidence (video and photographs) to begin the investigation process with the parcel service. This process can take 30 to 60 business days.
During the investigation process, the parcel service will contact the client to request information, so it is important to monitor their phone or email.
Clause 4.1.4.4. AURIUM will be responsible for the return of the jewelry to the client once the parcel service has concluded its investigation process and declares the content as stolen or lost. The return time is 7 business days.
Clause 4.1.4.5. If the evidence is not presented as requested by AURIUM, the return process cannot be carried out, and the insurance guarantee from the parcel service will be lost.
4.1.5 Lost Package
Clause 4.1.5.1. If the package does not reach its destination due to reasons beyond AURIUM's or the client's control, the parcel service will be responsible for carrying out the return process. The waiting time to declare a package lost can take approximately 30 to 60 business days.
Clause 4.1.5.2. AURIUM will be responsible for the return of the jewelry to the client once the parcel service has declared the package lost. The return time is 7 business days.

4.2.6. Important information for international shipments
Clause 4.2.6.1. There is a possibility of an extra charge from American customs. This charge can be an approximate amount between $50.00 USD and $300.00 USD; which must be covered by the client, otherwise, American customs will not release the package.
Clause 4.2.6.1. In case of a return to Mexico, for any of the reasons mentioned in the different clauses of this document, AURIUM will request an extra charge for the return of your package and the generation of a new shipping label.
