These policies regulate the conditions of sale, warranty, exchanges, and returns of jewelry marketed by AURIUM, both in physical stores and through official digital channels, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC), articles 32, 56, 77 Bis, 82, 83, 84, 85, 87, and 92 Bis.
1.2. These policies apply to all operations carried out within national territory and for international shipments managed directly by AURIUM.
1.3. By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the terms established herein, which will be available at all times on the official website aurium.com.mx.
2. Commercial Identity and Sales Channels

2.4. The customer has the right to request personalized attention from a certified sales advisor, who will guide them on features, prices, and purchasing processes before finalizing their acquisition.
3. Sales Process
3.1. The sales process can be carried out in person or online, according to the customer's preference.
3.1.1 In-store sales
- The customer is attended to at the display by an advisor who presents the available pieces.
- If adjustments or modifications are required, the service will be requested from an AURIUM goldsmith and the additional cost will be communicated.
- Once the purchase is completed, the receipt will be issued, and the Certificate of Authenticity, tax receipt, and corresponding packaging will be delivered.
- Jewelry delivery is immediate, after the sales process is concluded.
3.1.2 Online Sales
- On the official website aurium.com.mx, customers can request assistance via the WhatsApp icon: “Need help?”.
- If the purchase is made via Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, or any other social media or digital platform, a sales advisor will provide personalized assistance and send available images and prices.
- Once availability is confirmed, payment will proceed, and the delivery method (showroom pickup or parcel delivery) will be defined.
- The jewelry delivery time is 5 to 15 business days (depending on the type of parcel service and distance).
4. Payment Methods and Pricing Policies
4.1. AURIUM accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash.
- Bank transfer.
- Cardless deposit or withdrawal.
- Debit or credit card payment.
- Mercado Pago.
- APLAZO (only applies to website).
4.2. Jewelry prices are competitive and transparent, but may be affected by external factors such as stock market variations, US dollar exchange rates, inflation, supply and demand, or political and social events.
4.3. Applicable promotions and discounts:
- Seasonal: Commemorative dates (Hot Sale, Buen Fin, Golden Days, etc.).
- Volume: For larger purchases intended for entrepreneurs.
- Loyalty: For frequent customers.
- New customers: First-purchase promotions.
5. Metal and Jewelry Warranty
5.1. AURIUM guarantees that all its jewelry meets the offered and factory-engraved carat weight, with this information being truthful and verifiable in accordance with Article 32 of the LFPC.
5.2. The customer may inspect their jewelry upon receipt, without this limiting their right to a minimum warranty for manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the offer.
5.3. Laser spectrometry analysis may be requested optionally at an additional cost. This service does not condition the warranty or AURIUM's obligation.
5.4. The minimum warranty for AURIUM jewelry is 60 calendar days from the date of purchase or receipt of the product.
5.5. The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and does not apply when the jewel has been modified, pierced, pawned, repaired by third parties, or damaged by improper use, exposure to chemicals, impacts, accidents, natural wear, and others.
5.6. Loss of stones, faulty clasps, wear of rubber, or damage to watch mechanisms are not covered in case of misuse or wear. However, the warranty does apply if it results from manufacturing defects.
5.7. Adjustments, maintenance, or repairs after purchase have an additional cost, except when they correspond to defects covered by the warranty.
5.8. AURIUM retains product responsibility until delivery to the customer's address when shipping has been managed directly by the company or through its official online channels.
6. Exchange and Return Policies
6.1. For purchases made in a physical store, the customer has 30 calendar days after the purchase to request voluntary exchanges.
6.2. For online purchases, customers may exercise their right of revocation in accordance with Article 56 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC), within five business days following receipt of the jewelry. In this case, the customer will cover shipping costs, unless the reason is a defect or error attributable to AURIUM.
6.3. If the reason is a manufacturing defect, product error, or failure to comply with the offer, AURIUM will cover the shipping and replacement costs.
6.4. For voluntary exchanges, the jewelry must be in perfect, unused condition, with its original case, tags, certificate, and proof of purchase.
6.5. All jewelry sent for review will be evaluated by specialized technicians. In case of a denied warranty or return, a technical report will be provided explaining the reasons.
6.6. Exchanges or returns are not applicable in the following cases:
• Jewelry on special or customized orders.
• Jewelry modified or altered from its original design at the customer's request.
• Jewelry in special promotions (Buen Fin, Hot Sale, liquidations, Golden Days).
• Earrings, piercings, and other body accessories are not eligible for exchanges or returns due to hygiene or safety reasons.
• Earrings, piercings, rubber bracelets, and watch mechanisms are excluded from warranty due to natural wear and tear or external manufacturer and supplier warranties.
6.7. For approved exchanges, AURIUM respects the original value paid, without adjustments for fluctuations in the market price of gold.
6.8. The customer may choose a new piece of jewelry of equal or greater value; in the latter case, they must cover the difference according to the current price.
6.9. In case of a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, ensuring security, traceability, and confidentiality of personal data.
6.10. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days, which is the time required for technical evaluation and banking procedures.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. AURIUM may update its policies without prior notice, publishing the current version on the official website aurium.com.mx, always respecting the acquired rights of the consumer in accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law.
7.2. The handling of personal data during the purchase, shipping, exchange, or return processes will be governed by the Comprehensive Privacy Notice available on the same website.
7.3. Anything not provided for in this document will be resolved in accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, its Regulations, and the provisions of the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO), as well as what is available in state laws.
